Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko

Everything's perfect. Cleanliness, comfort, service, spas, location is excellent.

I liked it.

A luxury hotel but in summer really more accessible, with lower prices and even offers that are quite worth taking advantage of. It is full of details and its location allows you to enjoy spectacular views and access to both excursions through the Pyrenees National Park and to the village. It is right next to the cable car. Its pools are an added bonus to the experience. . The hotel recommended a company that offers excursions in the Pirin National Park, Summer Bansko, which was also very professional and excellent.

Although the treatment of your staff was excellent, very friendly and welcoming, we found a bad experience on time. This is one of the lifeguards at the pool who, faced with a mistake he made involuntarily, instead of apologizing, preferred to face the client in a very bad way. We reiterate that it was a specific incident and that the rest of the staff was treated magnificently.

Everything was as it should be in a 5 star hotel-excellent!

kempinski justified my expectations.I had rellax and exellent weekend break.

the location of the hotel for skiers is simply perfect as well as the vip pass for the gondola.Breakfast was very good,the spa very clean and spacious and the staff very polite.A great choice for winter vacations!

Fairly clean and wonderful relaxing place with very very helpful staff with each member of the staff being very attentive and friendly.

Rooms showed a lack of maintenance, with a few squeaky wardrobe doors and faded decor. Pricing for dining, particularly dinner, felt steep for the limited options, leading me to seek meals elsewhere. Spa treatments seemed pricey too for what you get, which might not be worth it for some guests. Heating issues.

Service and access to the ski area was excellent!

The spa centar is very nice it has all the facilities for maximum enjoyment

It's a luxury hotel with very nice staff and rooms, probably the best in Bansko. The location can't be better, just near the first station of the ski gondola. The breakfast is excellent, also the SPA center (except the pools).

There is too much chlorine in the pools, which are also small and the water in them was cold. The room service prices are quite high.

I liked espescially the spa area, (quiet morning swims, before breakfast) wonderful swimming pool and saunas. The restaurant was quite good! Good reception, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful surroundings, nature.The rooms were big and comfortable, the cottage style very suitable, although not "brand new". We extendend the stay from 4 nights to 7 nights.

I did not like my bikini getting lost at the spa area or laundry and never turned up again. Also I do not like it when guests are allowed to use the italian restaurant as a "kindgergarten" (visitors from Macedonia?) and children running all over the place with electrical gadgets when you hope to enjoy a romantic dinner. This is not supposed to be a "taverna". They should do something with the furniture in the lobby, looks not very good.

the wooden furniture in the room, the spacious room and bathroom, the comfortable bed and pillows, the spa center, the breakfast, the balcony and the view of the city and the mountain.

the dust on the furniture, the mini bar in the room should have small bottles of alcohol and not just overpriced 350 ml bottles, there should be a coffee machine in the rooms of a five star hotel.

brilliant and exceptionally comfortable venue, amazing location next to the mountains and the gondolas, a restaurant, and the common areas that can be pushed over. quick check-in and late check-out, parking outside. sushi bar and heated pool.

The excellent interior of the hotel and the very kind and helpful staff.

The egg station made breakfast lovely.
